At the door or in person
Leave at door: the driver leaves it and takes a photo, which you'll see on your tracking page. In person: someone signs for it. The driver calls or texts up to 3 times, and if no one can take it, it comes back to our warehouse for redelivery.
Tracking, updates and signatures are always free.
Documents
Contracts, legal papers, medical records and anything else that has to get there quickly and stay confidential. Hand them to a named person with a signature, or leave them at the door.
Papers that need to be signed and brought back? Add the stops to your quote. Trips with stops along the way get a discount.
Medication
Prescriptions and medical supplies from the pharmacy to your door. Tell us if they have to be handed to someone in person, and we'll get a signature.
Food pickups
Restaurant orders by the bag and catering by the box, picked up and brought where they need to be.
Pet transport
Tell us about your pet when you ask for a quote: what kind, how big, and whether they travel in a carrier. Every pet trip is approved before we quote it.
Personal shopping
Store pickups and errands. Tell us where to go and what to pick up, and we'll bring it to you.
Holding a package
Away from home? We'll keep your package at our warehouse until you're ready for it. The first 7 days are free, then it's $5 a day.
