One-time rides

Tell us where to pick you up, where you're going, and when: a pickup time, or the time you need to be there. Add stops along the way, and a ride back if you need one.

Weekly rides

The same ride on the same days every week: work, school, appointments. Each day can have its own times.

The evening before your first ride of each week, we'll message you to confirm the whole week.

Airport trips

Give us your airline and flight number when you book, and we'll plan the pickup around your flight.

Who can ride

• Kids: welcome. Bring the car seats they need.
• Wheelchairs: bring your own, and tell us its size and whether it folds.
• Pets: tell us first. Every pet is approved before we quote the ride.
• Luggage: tell us how many bags and how big.

On the day

You'll get a message when we're on the way, another when we're outside, and one when the trip is done.

If we can't reach you after 3 tries at pickup, the ride can be ended as a no-show.

Paying

You pay through your quote link, by Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App. Returning customers can pay cash, which adds 10%.
